Rates/Bundles

Includes parent intake interview, 2-4 direct observations (up to 3 hours, each), completion of assessments (MAS, Vineland, AFLS, EFL, VB-MAPP, and/or Practical Functional Assessment, as required/recommended), environmental assessment (Positive Environment Checklist, amended), and record review. Results in completed behavior plan to be utilized in further services, or to be delivered to other practitioners (i.e. school, daycare, residential staff, etc.). Includes 2 hours of training on behavioral goal implementation.

$1250 (completion in no more than 4-6 weeks)

Use our services to create a treatment routine that works for you and your family. Sessions can vary from 1-3 hours, up to 5 times weekly, depending on need and availability. Session are structured around implementing strategies identified in the FBA. If a full FBA is not conducted, sessions will be structured around environmental arrangement strategies (changing the environment to make success easier for your child/the client) and how to handle "typical" situations. Parents are required to be present, and may be asked to engage in activities, be taught data collection, record skills outside of sessions, and/or use teaching tools.

(hours must be used within 4 months)

Remote or in-person consultation services, to provide support to clients and families when navigating school concerns, hospitalization, residential treatment and planning, etc.

These services focus on using information gathered from other sessions and/or the functional behavior assessment to explain and advocate for needed services for the client.
